The Social and Environmental Impact Network of SSRN (Social Science Research Network)
The Aspen Institute Center for Business Education has partnered with Social Science Research Network (SSRN), an organization that is devoted to the rapid worldwide dissemination of social science research and is composed of a number of specialized research networks in each of the social sciences. The Social & Environmental Impact Network is sponsored by the Aspen Institute Center for Business Education.
The Social & Environmental Impact Network is dedicated to housing working papers that touch on how business copes with various social and environmental issues. Every network on SSRN, including SEIN, utilizes a series of subject matter e-journals to disseminate the most recent faculty submissions to their Network. For example, the subject matter e-journals for SEIN are: Corporate Governance and Accountability, Environmental Impacts of Business, Ethical Business Practices, SEIN Educator, and Social Impacts of Business. These journals are freely available to faculty if your school is a Subscribing Organization.
Individual faculty can search SEIN and download any the +400,000 white papers currently available. However, in order to receive the subject matter e-journals or upload your own papers, you must register and login.
